Demid.Math Release Uploader

What the application is

Demid.Math Release Uploader is a local desktop command-line application used by the owner of the Demid Math channel. It is not a public upload service, does not provide website accounts and does not authorize access to third-party channels.

The application reduces repetitive release work while keeping editorial approval, quality checks and the final visibility decision under the channel owner's control.

Visible user workflow

1. The user reviews the Privacy Policy and Terms and explicitly accepts the current versions.
2. The user connects the intended Google account through Google's OAuth consent screen.
3. The application verifies the exact YouTube channel before any write operation.
4. The user selects a verified video package and explicitly designates whether the exact release is made for kids. Omitting that choice blocks the manifest.
5. For every release manifest, the user acknowledges a certification bound to the exact video hash, target channel, audience choice and Private-only transport.
6. The certification confirms control of the channel and upload rights, and compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, copyright and privacy rights.
7. The application uploads with resumable transfer, records the returned video ID and reads the result back from YouTube.

YouTube API functions

The application uses YouTube API Services to identify the authorized channel; upload the user's own video as Private; set title, description, tags, category and the explicit audience designation; upload a thumbnail and captions; add the video to the owner's playlist; and read back processing status.

The API transport intentionally creates Private videos only. It does not implement public or unlisted visibility changes. Scheduling or making a release public is a separate, explicit action in YouTube Studio after release checks.

Google user data

The application may process the authorized channel identity, uploads-playlist ID, video and caption IDs, video metadata, privacy and processing status, OAuth tokens, and the resumable-session state needed to recover an interrupted upload. It also processes the MP4, image and subtitle files selected by the user.

Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing publication features. It is not sold, used for advertising or profiling, used to train general-purpose AI models, or transferred to independent third parties.

Storage, security and retention

Credentials and API state are stored locally with owner-only file permissions. They are excluded from Git, public cloud folders and the video SSD. The application provides inventory and deletion commands; the owner reviews retained API-derived state and refreshes or deletes it within 30 days unless a shorter deletion period applies.

The application uses exact channel checks, immutable release evidence, duplicate detection and recoverable upload sessions to prevent writes to the wrong channel or duplicate uploads.

Revoke access and delete local data

Access can be revoked at any time through Google Account security settings. The application also provides an inventory and deletion workflow for locally stored OAuth and API-derived data.

A deletion request can be sent to demid.mathe.tutor@gmail.com. It will be completed as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days. Local deletion does not delete videos or account data stored by YouTube.
