Uploader Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the local desktop application “Demid.Math Release Uploader”. The website at demidmath.com remains a static information site and does not offer visitor accounts or public video uploads.

2. Authorized use

The application may be used only by a person who controls the Google account and YouTube channel being connected. The user must review and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy before authorizing Google access or using a write function.

3. YouTube content and uploads

The user remains responsible for every selected video, title, description, thumbnail and subtitle. Before each upload, the user must certify that the content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, including the Community Guidelines, and does not violate copyright, privacy or other third-party rights.

The user must explicitly designate whether the exact content is made for kids; omitting that choice blocks the manifest. The API transport creates Private videos only and does not implement public or unlisted visibility changes. A public release requires a separate deliberate action in YouTube Studio after the project's quality and publication checks.

4. Google OAuth and user control

The user grants only the permissions displayed by Google. Access may be revoked at any time in Google Account security settings. The application must stop using revoked authorization and remove locally stored API-derived data according to the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited use

• Uploading content to a channel the user does not control.
• Circumventing YouTube restrictions or Community Guidelines.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, deceptive or privacy-violating content.
• Sharing OAuth credentials, refresh tokens or resumable-session URLs.
• Using the application to surveil, profile or sell information about another person.

6. Availability and safeguards

The application uses channel guards, duplicate checks, private-first uploads and resumable transfer, but no software can guarantee uninterrupted availability of Google or YouTube services. The user must review the readback result before treating a release as uploaded, scheduled or public.

7. Suspension and termination

Use must stop if authorization is revoked, these terms are not accepted, or Google/YouTube suspends the relevant API access. Locally stored OAuth and API-derived data can be inventoried and deleted. Deleting local data does not delete content stored by YouTube.

8. Changes and contact
